There’s too much money and pride on the line for these guys to risk their health and careers on speculation. They only do what gets them results.

Decades ago, if you wanted the benefits of a boxer’s workout, you had to make your way to a dingy gym in a dangerous neighborhood. Then you needed to convince some crusty old trainer to give you a chance.

But these days, boxing training is as close as your computer and as easy as watching boxing DVDs. If you can watch boxing on TV, you can learn all the tricks of the trade.

Even if you don’t want to find a local boxing gym and take lessons, you can still learn a lot of the sport at home or with your friends. Go ahead and make the first of many positive changes in your life.
