I often found it frustrating when I would tell people about alkalizing their body . I would say “get some urine PH strips and test your urine ” then I would get ” what if I take this or do yopu think I am too acidic?” I would just repeat it , go to the health food store get some strips find out your body PH they are like 8 bucks , “so your saying I should be OK because I ate broccoli last night “, NO , go get some PH strips and find out what your urine PH is . Some people are anti test . LOL

the problem with relying on tests is that we aren’t really listening to our bodies…your body will tell you what is working if you really listen, but everyone wants a standard protocol to follow that will cure them…I am working on really listening every single day. …anyway, I won’t say I will never test anything again, but am pretty close to that

the last test i had was back in september, they tested my blood of disease and vitamind levels. Also did urine tests to check for proteins and stuff. They were trying to find out if i had some disease that was effecting my spine. I was perfectly normal in every sense of every way. I don’t take vitamins, never really have. Id rather get them from natural sources like fruits, veggies, grains, sprouts, beans, seeds etc For those wonder, I have 2 ruptured disks, no disease so i think thats good? lol
